The faAB HomeFashions e-commerce web site has been designed to offer as much information as possible to prospective customers to facilitate the online purchase of a collection of high quality, Canadian made, ready-made drapery panels.

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars.

Customer Service

Our mandate is to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with the service and products offered by faAB HomeFashions. We endeavour to answer questions, resolve customer complaints and solve problems in a timely and responsive manner. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Delivery time

Delivery time is a combination of processing time and shipping time.

Processing time relates to the time it takes to manufacture and package your ready-made panels as specified in your online order. Usually 10-14 business days.

Shipping time is the length of time it takes for CanPar Ground to delivery the package directly to you, anywhere CanPar serves in Canada. Usually 1-7 business days.

Return Policy

faAB HomeFashions drapes are non-returnable due to the customized nature of the product. But we stand behind our product 100% and will replace products received that have any fabric or manufacturing flaws, no questions asked and at no expense to you.

No Questions Asked, Replacement Policy

If there is a quality issue with the faAB HomeFashions drapes you have received—no problem. If there is a manufacturing or fabric flaw we will replace the defective item, no questions asked. We stand 100% behind our quality products.

No refunds are offered for faAB HomeFashions drapes, but we will act immediately to replace a drapery panel that is defective in any way. At no expense to you.

  • We will arrange to pick up the drapery by issuing a CanPar pick-up tag to the shipping address on file.
    Simply have the item(s) ready and properly packaged for return.
  • A replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible, via CanPar at no charge to you.

Please contact us to notify us of your return for replacement. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return.

Payment Information

faAB HomeFashions e-commerce site uses PayPal online payment processing service. PayPal has a secure server for transaction processing.

On completion of your online order, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the invoice including merchandise and applicable taxes.

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation within two days directly from faAB HomeFashions. This notice will indicate an estimated ship date. Usually 7 to 14 business days.

Orders will be shipped complete.

Errors or Omissions

If your order has been shipped or invoiced incorrectly, please contact us immediately to notify us of the error. We will handle the issue in a timely and responsive manner.

Security

faAB HomeFashions fully respects customer’s personal information. We adhere to a strict Privacy Policy and take appropriate measures to provide adequate security and care.
